Vehicle Limits and Fees

Each apartment may register up to two vehicles. One assigned carport is required for each apartment at a monthly fee of $25. A second vehicle may be added for $15 per month. Please note that carports are fixed assignments.

Vehicle Requirements

All vehicles parked on site must display a valid Apex on the River parking permit and be currently registered and insured.

Guest Parking

Guest parking is available in uncovered spaces on a first-come, first-served basis between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Guest parking does not guarantee space availability. Guests parking on-site outside of these hours require a Guest Permit that can be obtained at the Leasing Office on a rental basis.

Enforcement

Vehicles parked improperly or in violation of parking policies may be towed at the Owner’s expense.
